A LIGHT IN THE DARK - DARK LAGER

We had the opportunity to brew with Victor Matthews after his gold medal beer was selected at the Peak to Peak ProAm. A dark mild recipe but fermented with lager yeast. It delivers a warm biscuit flavor with notes of caramel and a crisp lightness that makes it incredibly drinkable.

SHADOW WALKER OATMEAL STOUT
