A fun play on a Japanese Rice Lager, we dialed in our salts, nailed the pH, and treated our ale yeast similar to a lager strain all to create lager vibes in an ale form. A fantastic crisp beer to drink all summer.
GT FOOH STRAWBERRY LEMON SELTZER

You never would’ve guessed it, we made a seltzer! Here is something refreshing, low carb, approximately 100 calories, and gluten-free! Lemon tart with a light strawberry sweetness.
DREAMY EYES RYE PORTER

This smooth, balanced dark beer is named after what can only be described as the most beautiful blue eyes. Root Shoot malt and their specialty rye malt shine in this brown porter.

4.9% ABV IBU 35 Hops: Centennial, Vic Secret
We’d like our summer days filled with park trips and session beers. Let the kids play, you get to sit back and relax with this low ABV hazy IPA. Aroma pops of citrus and sweet fruit with a subtle bitterness to balance the sweetness in the flavor.
